There have been a number of people hired who just do not have the skills needed to do their roles leading to some crazy decisions being made. How can a company go from huge expansion and opening a new office in Manchester to slashing major programs of work, not opening their promised office, 'mapping' peoples skills to roles available and the possibility of redundancies in the space of just 4 months, this is a company where things have gone very wrong.
