1yLloyd’s does not tolerate unacceptable behaviour of any kind. We encourage employees to raise any concerns about conduct within the corporation in confidence, and regularly ask colleagues for feedback through our anonymous employee surveys. Only by employees speaking-up can we ensure that action is taken to improve their experiences.
Our recent results indicate that the team have a positive experience of being part of MRC. However, we take any negative comments very seriously, and strive for continual improvement to make our workplace an enjoyable and collaborative experience. We have reminded all colleagues of how they can feedback to their line managers and all available channels.
