The people in the inner circle enjoy benefits such as job security and frequent title changes. -Closing lots offices and also laying off employees. This happens often and unexpectedly. No one is safe, it's all about saving money. -The call center office in california was closed a few years ago and many jobs were lost. However, this company generously offered employees from california to keep their job if they relocate to massachusetts. Which is ridiculous, because who would move half way across the country for $14 an hour? -Certain people and certain groups have set ways of doing things. They aren't willing to change or want to change. -Raises and bonuses, not consistent. All depends on company's financial performance.
