Great culture, people, and work environment make it a great place to work.

I have no cons to share.

Loved what LK did for work and the customer base as well as the ever changing jobs we got to be part of. Very lenient on hours and never micromanage.

There was only leader that would help and hold other accountable. The leaders that have been there the longest can’t adapt to change and have no idea what accountability means. Way too many employees that can’t keep up and holding back the company and other departments from growing. It’s tolerated and if you say something, you now have a target on your back.
