The management of the company is great. This company really values it's employees professionally and socially with a great work life balance. If you are interviewing with this company know that you are going to be working for and with good people.

It's a company run like a startup, very lean and mean which sometimes has it's hiccups.

LoadTrek is a company that is constantly set out to move forward. A growing company that keeps work/life balance in mind! Plenty of optimism and great folks to work with. LoadTrek is smaller in scale but very agile in nature. My experience has been great and I consider my career with LoadTrek to date a blessing. The environment and culture here are great.
