Thank you for providing some really helpful feedback, I am glad to hear such great things about the Loadbalancer working environment and the positive impact that the social committee makes, especially when organising staff socials! It is funny that you should mention the need for a dedicated HR representative, as this has been discussed recently at a board meeting.
As a growing business, we understand that this role becomes much more of a necessity especially as we eventually grow to be a 100+ employee company.
