      - offers no bonuses for those outside the US - company makes ZERO effort to accommodate those with families at company events. - HR doesn't care about employees with families at all - Engineering has tons of red-tape and bureaucracy against promotions, unless you are working from the US. - US people get special treatment

      I love the energy and culture Loadsmart has shown me through my first year here. I couldn't ask for a better place to work as they have supported my in office self progress as well as my personal out of office progression.

      The only negative I have is that I didn't find out about Loadsmart earlier in my life.
