They are moving forward and making decisions pretty quickly. Generally there is a startup vibe in the team which can bring a lot of motivation.

They tend get rid of the employee rather than give any feedback or any hints to improve, which can be quite an unpleasant surprise. Backup / contingency plan is strongly recommended. Being too smart and proactive can backfire pretty badly. The turnover of the staff is very high. If you did too well on the interview they tend to reject.
