We've deployed a fantastic initiative that allows employees to rate all areas of the company, including leadership anonymously and openly. It truly is anonymous as we used an external platform to guarantee this. Our most recent review process saw the company eNPS rise and it demonstrated positive results in all areas. We'll continue to do this work and listen to all employees, however they wish to share their voice.
