First and foremost, NEW MANAGEMENT as of September 2017!! The company as a whole has made major strides in creating a positive work environment, not only for the sales department but other departments as well. Products have also expanded from print only to print, social, digital, and web platforms. This has opened up opportunities to partner with various clients and community partners with different advertising budgets and goals. Fast-paced work environment where you have the opportunity to grow and make money no matter what stage you are in your career.

Like any startup company, LOCAL expects a lot from their employees. If you are looking to just collect a paycheck this is not the place for you. Some growing pains but nothing that cannot be resolved. Sales isn't an easy profession but it can be fun
