Really smart and passionate group of people! I learn something new every day and really feel like this company is helping advance my growth. Everyone cares a lot about the success of the business. It's really great being surrounded by such passionate and driven people.

Honestly, not many! I'd say the company has grown a lot since I started and made strong culture improvements.

Some of the people are great to work with. lots of autonomy & ambiguity, almost too much.

Most of the decision makers have no clue what they are doing. Culture is immature and not defined. The "executive team" has never worked in Restaurant operations, it's kind of a joke and quite insulting to the employees that dedicate time to the company. Its like being on a boat but the captain has never been in the water. There is no support for us operators in store everyday.
