Every employee treats their time at Local Wisdom as a transition job. No one seems to want to stay here for long. The salaries are low and morale is low, after seeing so many people come and go. The "development team" consists of only interns, and then the "senior" developer who graduated college two years ago and has only ever worked at this company. So there's no one for a programmer to learn from. There's not much opportunity here. Things sadly seem to be going downhill-- more and more people are leaving the company.
