Workloads continue to increase, changes passed down from the top of those that never talk to clients. There have been lots of changes recently. Most are not thought out and issues are NEVER ironed out before implementing. Upper-level management is completely disconnected from reality. Pay is on the low side. They don’t believe in pay increases.
