Most are not thought out and issues are NEVER ironed out before implementing. Upper-level management is completely disconnected from reality. Pay is on the low side. Struggling to pay bills on your salary? Jason Taylor(Chief Revenue Officer) suggests a second job or leaving. Annual pay increases? Particularly when the cost of everything has skyrocketed…. Nope. They don’t believe in pay increases.
