Somewhat of a flexible schedule, decent benefits, 401K program, PTO, good location, smaller company, some really hard working coworkers & not micromanaged.

No leadership or planning. Management in operations and accounting do not collaborate. Back stabbing people who are out to exploit there own needs at the expense of others. Lousy cash flow and sales people. Treats client with kit gloves, which causes Critigen to relinquish its power and appear weak and desperate. New CEO talks a good talk, but no action thus far. Nobody cares the human aspect of a business.
