Pay is on the low end of the average pay scale for the property manager position. There is an "inner circle" mentality within the corporate culture. If you do not subjugate yourself to the "inner circle" then you are left out of the loop on information needed to perform your job, requests take more time to fulfill or are ignored, and you are not notified of promotion opportunities until they have already selected someone who caters to the "inner circle".
