Incredibly poor people management. A focus solely on business growth while staff were having emotional breakdowns at work, with no support. Business growth plans nonetheless routinely haphazard and leaving junior staff to make up for failures to anticipate problems. Impossible to get your voice heard in any meaningful way. Still nothing has changed since I left.
