**Can't emphasize enough: if you are thinking about working for LockPath, be prepared to see your co-workers get verbally abused/threatened and keep your mouth shut/head down** -Per title I've never seen people more unhappy with their employment situation than at LockPath -Turnover on a weekly basis up to the Director level is the norm. Losing talent faster than they can keep it/hire new people -No growth path or opportunities given for growth -No promotion from within -If you leave a room expect to be bad-mouthed by everyone in the room once you are gone. This includes both employees and customers -Leadership through fear and threats is the norm -Emotionally volatile leaders throwing gas on the flames any time a problem arises. There is a lot of anger particularly at the very top -Expectations that employees will meet goals that were either unstated or flat out were not communicated -Worst workplace culture I've unfortunately been a part of.
