Have you ever wanted to work for a company that’s so popular you know the moment a posting is advertised, there’ll be a queue of applicants? Have you ever wanted a job where it’s so interesting time just flies by? A job that respects you as a human and gives you space when you need it, time to breathe – one that understands your needs when something important happens in your life? Ever thought of working in a place where employees come from different parts of the world and all walks of life, but still get along? Where a team cares about your mental health and development? Locket is that place, that company, that team, that job you’ve been waiting for. I've had the pleasure of working for Locket from the very beginning. I'm delighted to see how the company is growing and I'm growing with it. Love it? Locket!

Nothing comes to my mind.

A lot of companies say things like "all our employees matter, everyone's voice is heard", but I've never seen it actually ring true like it does at Locket. It's the kind of place where an intern could sit down with the CEO and be like "hey I've got this idea, can I have a budget to try it out" - and not only would it get approved but the CEO would be checking in, supporting it, chipping in ideas.. it's the flattest hierarchy I've ever seen, and it's just a great experience.

It's a fast-moving startup so the workload is variable - sometimes there's a lot going on. You have to be prepared to roll with the punches.
