Small company so not much room advancement

Banking time - While you’re on salary it’s a big plus that you can collect your overtime hours. During busy season not everyone is required to do overtime - this needs to be negotiated because most need to do overtime. Pay is good compared to other firms.

Very busy - workload is in my opinion not manageable - busy season stretches for 7 months. In other firms it’s more like 4 months. A lot of individual arrangements - you need to be assertive and ask for what you want or you won’t get it but others will. Training is almost non existent (because of the workload) - if you plan to accept an offer, you need to be skilled or be able to train yourself.
