You can switch business areas and have very different experiences for those with the itch. Salary is competitive. Great people to work with. Lots of incredibly smart folks surround you. Every other Friday off is absolutely amazing. Work/life balance is good.

Your work environment experience greatly depends on the contract you are working and the manager you work for. Unfortunately, it can sometimes feel like you're working for a different company when you switch market segments (products). This can result in a lot of hit or miss experiences depending on who you speak with. Another con is the size of the company. Although it comes with pros as mentioned previously, the size makes it difficult to get the appropriate visibility to upper management. This can result in the staff having high turnover to find the right opportunity to shine. There are lots of smart, hungry, and young professionals searching for that promotion and not all of them get the chance to move up quickly.
