Lockheed martin is a average to good start if you are an entry level employee and willing to forego a large salary. Lockheed Martin does do a good job of developing its employees skills. However this does not make up for the low salary based on the industry. L M can be known as the welfare of the defense industry. Pay attention to that and make sure you negotiate a good salary when you arrive. More senior employees may fair better. Management is very supportive if you do a good job and are known to execute effectively.
