If you go over you owe them 40 hours of unpaid overtime plus the number of hours you go over 40. ex. 42 hours of sick days = 42 hours of overtime. They took away their fitness program that assists in paying for your gym membership They will not pay you more money for getting a Masters Degree once you are there
