As an employee that has 21 years of experience in aviation that also holds a bachelor's degree in aviation as well as a master's degree in professional areonautics, it becomes very frustrating that my boss does not even hold a high school diploma! Lockheed in Fort Worth tends to hire people who have little to no experience because they "know" someone. Also, Lockheed in Fort Worth has a union. As a salaried employee, it is frustrating to manage union employees because it is very difficult to enforce a good work ethic.
