Vantaggi

- Stable-ish (as of 4/2024) - Good work life balance - 401K Match for First 8% - Generous tuition assistance - Quite honestly it's better than any of its competitors in terms of compensation, culture, work, etc. but that's also a very low bar.

Svantaggi

- Low pay - Health plan is awful - Each program has its own funding, making it feel like you're a contractor as opposed to a FT salaried employee - Program dependent but a program working on contributing a net positive to the world using exciting technology is few and far between - Allergic to Remote work, despite the fact that it can save the company millions - Allergic to unclassified work - Allergic to new changes overall - Allergic to meaningful retention tactics AKA INCREASE COMPENSATION - A lot of overhead and hoops to jump through in order to get something done - Awful yearly compensation increase, which is dependent on the Business Area's goals met -> ex. Space can make the company over $1 billion in revenue but since it only reach 95% of its goals, the employees get only 95% of a 4% max bonus. At the inflation rate of 7%, this is absolutely insane.

Elevato livello di integrità in tutta l'azienda, comunicazioni aperte e sincero interesse a fare la cosa giusta.

Svantaggi

Sfortunatamente, ho bisogno di trovare venti parole contro. Quando in realtà, dopo oltre 41 anni nell'IT, non ho svantaggi per Lockheed Martin. Non sono perfetti, ma altamente accettabili.
