incompetent management, lack of perks (company took away 150 hours of PTO and our next gen reward system is going away), won't get a promotion on program so you should always be looking for other positions within the company to advance, management does not do an adequate job dispersing work loads on teams and programs don't want to hire even though winning record contracts and record stock numbers
