This is a big list - Management does not care anything about their employees. No respect for employees. - Can fire anyone anytime without any severance pay - Management can do anything to save the money. Literally, anything,.. whether it might cost the developers hundreds of hours. - All the positive reviews on the glassdoor are fake. HR is going to the people's seats and asking them to review 5 stars on Glassdoor in front of them. - They removed the medical insurance as they found some clause in the law to make the insurance non-mandatory for employees. - No appreciation for good work - No team outings. Managers are doing outings from their pockets.
