- Full of politics - If you are expert in butter police then you are doing really good and progressive employee - High Workload - No balance between personal and professional life cz of workload - Late time work - No Extra pay or appreciation of your work - No career Growth - Discourage the employee - Interview process level is very down as they are unable to decide that candidate is suitable even after taking to many rounds of interview -1-year exp person taking interview - Different rules for the high-level person and other candidates -hiring any candidate even candidate is not from IT field. -Timing issues -if u raise the concern against the TL or his/him to spoon people [chamcha] then suddenly u are not doing well and not deserving people. -No Saturday leave - They say Saturday is half-day but on paper only -spay the candidate - If any company is not taking the review the candidate from previous company then the TL /management person call to the candidate's next company for giving his review eg A is old company and B is new one and candidate change the company from a to b then a's management person calls to B's management person for giving the review of candidate even though B's management person doesn't ask for review
