I've been with Loftium for about 10 months and can honestly say I love my job. My previous two Companies were large, public corporations. Loftium is a breath of fresh air to me. Every day is a new adventure and a new set of challenges. Especially during the COVID-19 crisis, Adam and Yifan have been some of the most involved and passionate executives I've been around. Yifan's vision for the Company is passionate and wholesome and her dedication to achieving that vision is admirable. If desired, I'm able to work on several projects outside the Finance and Accounting realm which has been very beneficial for developing my soft skills. The culture is fun and inclusive. We laugh. we smile, we get frustrated, and we work hard. Would highly recommend Loftium to anyone looking for a change of pace from the big corporate life!

Compared to the Company I was at previously, Loftium does not have some of the systems in place at the moment to facilitate their large vision. However, this will only come with time and Company growth. I would not consider this a huge pitfall of Loftium, as they are still a growing Company.
