Full focus on squeezing every last penny out of clients and employees, to the point where long-time relationships with high-value customers are being jeopardized because Loftware is insisting on driving all their on-prem clients to the (more expensive and restrictive) cloud because it pleases the shareholders. The focus of this company is no longer on providing a great product that wins because it is the best and its people believe in it. The focus of this company is on maximizing every last fraction of a cent. If that's the kind of environment you thrive in, go for it. Anyone who takes pride in working on interesting projects with diverse clients, offering great products with great people standing behind them should look elsewhere for employment.
