* The CEO and team will always have your back. * Location is cool, right next to the trail makes it easy to walk downtown for lunch/coffee * Great environment as a developer. The processes the team has in place help enable you so you get to write a lot of code. Feedback is readily available and the team is constantly trying out new technologies and techniques. Little to no judgement. * Despite the dev community in NWA being small Lofty participates in a lot of local events and they are well known in the community. * Good leadership

* Depending on the project the work can be a bit mundane * Being a small dev shop in NWA is difficult
