I had a great manager in OEM sales that gave me the space to get my work done but was there for me when I needed to bring him in to qualified sales situations. The extended support team of Sales Engineers are some of the best I've worked with, I don't think they knew how much I appreciate them. They knew how to take a flexible, capable product and tailor it to a specific customer's needs and make them happy. The support staff of marketing and engineering were likewise "all-in" to make success happen. Success doesn't happen out of the box at any company, it's in the people, and when I was there at Logi the people made all the difference. At the time I left they were making great strides to improve and broaden product offerings from the enterprise to the desktop, and I believe they have made that addition successfully. BI is VERY competitive market in any case...glad to see Logi progressively moving forward and fighting their way up the magic quadrant.

Outside of the Silicon Valley so sometimes management's finger is not completely on the pulse of the industry. I understand they no longer let workers do their jobs remotely, which is too bad. Sales-people and certain support staff need to be out in the field and close to customers in far-flung locations for optimal success.
