Risposta di LogicMonitor
8yDear Former LogicMonitor Team Member,
As the founder, the culture of LogicMonitor is very important to me, and to the executives we hire. I presume you went to the orientation I give all new hires - I say, and really mean, that we are trying to build a culture where results matter; where everyone is encouraged to question directions (from anyone); and I ask people to come talk to me if they see behavior that is not aligning with those values. If you experienced anything where you believe we did not live up to those values, I'd love the opportunity to hear from you over coffee and talk more.
We are aware that as we grow, this culture becomes harder to maintain - but we spend a lot of time working on it. Employee sentiment is so important to us that in October we launched our first company-wide engagement survey to understand exactly where our employees feel we need to improve - not my idea, but I wish it was.
We encourage our people to review their LogicMonitor interview and employment experience on Glassdoor, or whatever outlet they deem appropriate, as feedback is critical to our growth and success. What our employees and candidates express is completely up to them, and certainly not something we can force. Constructive feedback, in any form, allows us to be better and stronger.
We wish you the best of success, and appreciate your feedback!
Sincerely,
Steve Francis
