Stressful but fair - Recensione dipendente - Software Engineer II presso LogicStream Health

I have worked at LogicStream for three years and it is a fun, fast-paced environment. It is a growing company that offers great opportunities for its employees. The people that work there are really decent and the management team really respects and values the employees. You can really be proud of working for this company because their products really do improve the quality of care at America's hospitals.

Because it is an early stage company, the company does not have the resources to tackle all of the opportunities for its products and customers.

LogicStream is an exceptional company, a rare gem in this world. The culture is exciting, entrepreneurial and very supportive. I can't say enough about this company. If you are interviewing with LogicStream my advice is to jump on the job they are offering you. This is an early stage organization with immense room to grow personally and professionally. Compensation is at or above industry standards.

The only downside is benefits, as with all newer organizations, benefits are not as good as one would initally want. The good news is that always changes with time and growth, which this company is definitely growing in an awesome way.
