If there was a star for zero I would click it. I am a 7 year IT professional. They are trying to rip me off, and review me for bad ratings for false excusing of client false statements. Even when working with LMS and PC Connection, LMS false accused me of doing wrong when LMS was the one that instructed me for the new issue on the printer. LMS tech support recommended a part which was then explained to the client, which they acknowledged what needed to happen. Then today, they happen to send me a message of false accusations and dishonest statements even from the client. All work with these guys is a complete rip off and a way for them to throw techs underneath a bus
