-Work life balance -great culture -great management -flexibility -frequent advancement opportunities -informative and frequent trainings/meetings -chance to explain yourself if you have a less than perfect background check -fair compensation -encouraging and invested in employee success -remote & equipment provided.

Svantaggi

-Roles have VERY rigid expectations (to be expected) but with no wiggle room -If you don’t meet sales goals after a certain time period you’re terminated -Not much grace given in that regard if you’re in an extenuating circumstance. -If you can meet goals after whatever happened it’s not a problem. If you can’t then you’re let go.

I enjoyed working with my team and thought management was supportive and very personable. The culture was positive and people wanted to help each other succeed. Overall, it was a good environment to learn and grow.

Svantaggi

Training could have been more in depth, and it felt like there wasn't quite enough time to get fully ramped up before being measured on performance. Communication between departments could have been better at times.

The pay is below market value in most positions The company reorganizes at least one team every 2-3 months Upper upper management doesn't care at all about the employees The culture has gotten so bad Leadership has gotten less transparent every year and it's one of the core values! I bet half the human positions are gone by next year
