Little to no training--expected to spend maybe half a day learning the product and then start blowing up the phone until a business owner gives you any time of day, at which point a manager "silent coaches" you into forming a dialogue before they jump on the phone. Your job is to cold call nonstop--there is no "research" or "prospecting," unless you count what they ask you to do while you are at home and off the clock. Turnover rates, as you can imagine, are very high, and it's surprising if someone stays beyond their first month.
