Working for Logical Position has been a great experience, in both professional development and culture. In my 2 years at LP, I have not only developed great relationships with my colleagues and clients, but have also had the opportunity for hands-on training and creative development. To stay ahead of the curve and at the top of my game, I have had to work hard to prove my abilities and worth. While this is not negative insight whatsoever, this job does require employees to work hard in order to move to that next step. Employees who have not done that simply get lost in the shuffle. At the end of the day, we work hard so we can play hard.
