Nothing major, no company is perfect, but they will listen and put in the effort to improve.

There's a lot of good people that work here. Amongst the employees there is a good work culture within each department.

The decision makers commit to a course of action and stick with it well after it's apparent that it is severely flawed and ineffective. Nepotism is a HUGE issue.
