- Don’t expect you’ll be working on cutting edge technology - Salary and benefits will not be matching other tech company - When you have a flat organization it's hard to grow in the organization - Politics is rare in the company but I have seen this happen in certain business group - Within the company there are different business group who runs differently. Every business group have their own work culture. Make sure to choose the right one. Which could be tricky.
