If would mention all of the Cons this area will not be enough, but I would mention this: Firing many people for no reason (ask previous employees , even they have changed their name for this reason) Not a stable company Laying about bounces and Salaries No work life balance No clear goal or vision for the company Toxic environment stabbing in the back concept is in common
