Great team, definitely working together to serve the customer. Also a winning team.

We did have a problem with total addressable market, no real way to discover who integrated at scale and there wasn't a process set up to find them that outpaced the sdrs going through the known accounts

Good tech stack and good product liked by customers Nice co-workers for the large part Offsite was very fun Pretty good pay Lots of smart people here that get the job done.

There were major layoffs which affected the culture pretty bad. In my opinion this was a very exciting place to work but after layoffs people were worried about job security constantly and looking over their shoulders. Very bad room for growth. People from the outside were hired to take over senior leadership roles instead of promoting from within. This created discontent and the new people didn’t really provide much value. This also wasn’t their fault in the majority of cases, they just weren’t given time or tools to succeed.
