When it comes to our customers, the only question asked is: Are they satisfied? No tracking average handle time on calls - Is the customer satisfied? Travel Extensive training and support from the technical team. The atmosphere really is "team"

The company is growing so there are lots of decisions being made by a small number of people. This leads to lack of communication of those decisions to those on the front lines. This is getting better, but it's not quite there yet.

Good customer service, great tech team.

Toxic environment with no job automony, no health insurance, (they just offer to subsidize appox 30% of cost), every single decision has to go through CEO, causing bottlenecks. Systems are antiquated and processes are overly complicated or entirely undefined. No work life balance. Extremely high turnover rate. As a new employee, I was asked to give a positive review on Glassdoor, which I have since deleted. That's the real source for any positive LJ reviews.
