The work itself is enjoyable, & is conducive to continued learning / skill-building. Logos also stands out in the level of autonomy and flexibility you're given. E.g., Logos largely allows employees the choice to use the tools they prefer, set the working hours they prefer, & work in or out of the office as much as they'd like, etc. There is some red tape, but it is better managed than most other companies. Logos is also good about promoting work-life balance.
Svantaggi
There is less in-office collaboration / engagement than what would be ideal. This is an understandable byproduct of the pandemic, flexible work-from-home policies, & Logos already being a small-ish company. Management has already taken some steps to promote engagement though, with things like catered lunches, social outings, etc.
