There is an incredible disconnect with the CEO/senior leadership and the rest of the company. Questionable actions are taken, misleading sales tactics to gain customers with false promises, and lack of transparency are only a few of the issues at Loko AI. The CEO constantly tries to reassure the company is doing well without disclosing any financials, while employees can easily see how much money is flowing out of the firm. The firm allowed health insurance to lapse on working employees putting them and their families at risk. Pay checks were frequently missed and took a great deal of time to sort out. When in time crunches, leadership belittled the engineering team for asking for more resources. Upper management wanted to force employees to work more to get more output, even when the engineering team was already putting 120% into their work. The CEO has NO respect for his employees. This firm is toxic. Stay away.
