London Approach cares about their employees ranging from ownership to co-workers. It’s a great place to work and I couldn’t recommend it more to any clients who wants to work with them, or any employees looking to join the team.

None that I can think of.

I have been in many different industries such as marketing, media planning, and onboarding working for large corporate companies and small start ups but London Approach is by far my favorite place I have ever worked. Based of my personal career history and working in positive and not so positive work cultures/environments, Keli and Emily are great leaders and take good care of their employees. They treat you like family, they care about your personal life and also care about you and your career/performance as an employee. They are always supportive and appreciative of their team and make it known to their employees how much they value you. The team itself is an all-star team that has a range of years of expertise in recruiting, staffing and sales. The team is diverse and we each get along and learn a lot from each other professionally and personally. We all care about the success of the team and company as a whole, that the team has a strong work hard play hard attitude. We each have a hybrid schedule and the office itself is modern and beautiful and refreshing to go into each week.

Some days do get a little chaotic just like any other business and we're a small business so many things that are cons are also growing pains. With time and more employees things will be working like a well oiled machine.
