LCS has been a source of really great "firsts. This is the first place I've worked that I would describe as not just a job, but as a career. Its the first place I've worked where the CEO takes the time to individually meet with each employee, and not just the new hires, also on a rolling schedule where we eat donuts and talk. Its also the first place I've worked where the management truly sees the staff as its greatest asset.

The only thing I can think of to rag on is the coffee.

Great corporate culture. Everybody above me in the chain of command, including the owner, is intelligent and treats people with respect. I wish that I had come here 20 years earlier. They invest in their people rather than treating us as number.

Employment is mostly limited to the Cincinnati area, which is fine for me.

Nearly everyone at the company is kind and helpful. The room for growth is there if you take it. Company culture is the best I have seen in Cincinnati.

Disconnect between departments. Major improvements needed in workflows and processes. Sometimes it does not pay off to work harder than others here.
