Dialer system keeps calling customers continuosly after you have spoken to them Training is a joke People in positions that have no knowledge of their role Can never let you know what the bonus is before hand - its always a surprise on your check Every manager gives you different information, but will never come together so everyone is on the same page If you ever get a raise, expect a short bonus No room for advancement Want you to do a bunch of extra responsibilities long term to help them, but no extra compensation Floor walker that micro manages and acts like a slave master Very unprofessional
