Most managers are completely inept. Most of the comments on this site hit right on the spot of what is wrong....pretty much everything. Their website is actually really entertaining. While I was working there I checked out their career page just as a curiosity. They post the EXACT same positions...just changing the date they were posted. They honestly can't keep employees. I lost track of how many people quit or who was fired. Their hiring practices are really terrible too. Most employees get fired because the managers don't know how to hire quality people. And when they do hire quality people - they have brains...so they leave as soon as possible. My favorite was a new developer that walked out on the first day after being handed his benefits package. ahahha. PLEASE before you leave the interview ask to see the benefits - this alone will change your mind. Like another poster said - McDonalds has better benefits. Out of all the jobs I have had my entire life (including a teenage working minimum wage) this was by far the worst place. I encourage anyone who reads these comments...and still accepts the job...write down this site...and when you leave or get fired PLEASE comment. It would be nice if other hard working individuals don't get stuck working for a low quality company - because they weren't informed.
