-Great team members with supportive mgmt team -varities of projcts which leads to growth and recognition. -Great Pay and PLENTY of overtime. Great for some that wants to make extra on some overtime. -Less travel comparied to other consulting. -Great medical coverage, 401 and PTO

Things appeared to be a family based company until the new CEO took charge. The services wing of the business doesn't get enough attention and focus like their product Rebus. Services feeds Rebus but the services employees aren't feeling happy about all the focus being on product. The unfair non competence that Longbow makes you sign is unseen in the market and affects the bread and butter of the employees future. You cannot work in any company across NA for 12 months in JDA/Blue Yonder WMS space after quitting Longbow. The entire family of the founder/owner employed at Longbow and been offered senior/managerial positions without being qualified. Repeatable/same task/job will be offered and not a place to grow your career with. True HR mentality was let go and employed head hunter as the HR.
